How to know if you’re an accredited investor and why does it matter?

Have you heard the term “accredited investor” before? Or have you ever wondered what it meant?

Being an accredited investor, in the perspective of the SEC, means that you have worked out how to create some money.

To qualify, a person must have a net worth of more than $1 million in assets, excluding their principal residence, OR have a current annual income of more than $200,000 as an individual, or $300,000 if married.

If you qualify as an accredited investor, you will have access to more investing possibilities since you are in a better position to accept risks in the eyes of the SEC.

These investment possibilities are frequently publicized in order to make them simpler to identify and invest in.

Don’t quite satisfy the requirements to become an accredited investor? Never be afraid! There are still some excellent investing options available, including passive investments through real estate syndications. You might simply have to look a bit harder for them.

More money for less work? Please, yes!

If you are taking measurements for a structure such as a building or fence, please provide the height of the structure here. If height does not apply to the wash, for instance for a gutter wash, leave this field empty. Please note if you enter a value here after taking measurements, you will need to take measurements again.
